1. Who can use SelfieZone

SelfieZone is for people aged 18 and above only. Your date of birth is collected at sign-up and verified again during bio-data verification.
You must give accurate information, keep your account secure, and not share your login with anyone else.
One person, one account. Impersonating another person or creating accounts to evade moderation is not allowed.

You keep ownership of every selfie you upload. You grant SelfieZone a limited licence to store, resize, and display your selfies inside the app so other members can see them in the feed, Discover, Timeline and on shared links.
That licence ends when you delete the selfie or your account, apart from copies already cached by other people's browsers or by search engines.
You confirm you have the right to post what you upload, and that anyone recognisable in it agreed to appear.

No nudity, sexual or suggestive content of any kind.
No harassment, threats, hate speech, or content targeting a person or group.
No content involving minors, violence, self-harm, illegal goods, or scams.
No spam, bulk automated posting, or artificially inflating likes, reactions, ratings or views.
No scraping, reverse engineering, or trying to bypass SelfieZone's security or rate limits.

The clock timeline lets you push a selfie to other members' feeds up to 20 times in a rolling 24 hours, reaching up to 50 members per push.
These limits exist to keep the feed enjoyable. Attempting to exceed them will be blocked, and repeated attempts can suspend the feature on your account.

Any selfie or account can be reported or blocked from the post menu. Reports are private.
We may remove content, limit features, or close an account that breaks these terms — usually with notice, and immediately where safety is at risk.
If your account is closed you can request a copy of your content before deletion.

SelfieZone is provided as-is for entertainment. We do our best to keep it online but cannot promise uninterrupted service.
We may add, change, or remove features. Where a change materially affects you, we will show the updated agreement in-app and ask you to accept it again.

To the extent permitted by law, SelfieZone is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, or for content posted by other members.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited.
